The Aroostook District / Northern Region
The Aroostook District is divided into two regions : North and Central/South. Power of Prevention is the HMP for the North Region and has offices in Fort Kent (at the Fork Kent Wellness Center) and Caribou (at the Caribou Recreation and Wellness Center).
